British jewellery brand, Atelier Somerset, was founded in 2025, born out of love and loss. The company founder, Nancy, craved a creative and meaningful outlet to help her navigate her profound grief following the loss of her mother in July 2023.

Nancy’s mother, Jackie, is the main inspiration behind many of the pieces in the collections - From her own cherished heirloom jewellery to objects and activities she delighted in. And, above all, the deep bond they shared.

Nancy says ‘My darling mother is everywhere and nowhere. I embody her - living in her home, wearing her clothes and jewellery, tending to her garden, and continuing with so very many of the daily tasks that made up much of her life. I hope that the pieces I create can, in some small way, honour her incredible legacy’.

Each thoughtfully crafted piece reflects Nancy's unique journey, serving as a heartfelt tribute to her mother’s enduring spirit. Here, every creation tells a powerful story, honouring those we hold dear and celebrating the enduring connections that so beautifully transcend time.
